Right after checkout, click the green “Download Design” button on the order page. You’ll also get a download link by email, and you can re-download anytime from My Account → Downloads.
Extract the ZIP using your computer’s built-in unzip tool (or 7-Zip / WinRAR). Inside, you’ll find a folder for each machine format. Open your machine’s folder to see all available sizes.
All major embroidery formats: DST, PES, EXP, JEF, HUS, VIP, VP3, XXX, PEC and more. Longarm quilting designs also include CQP, DXF, HQF, IQP, PLT, QCC, SSD and TXT.
Appliqué designs include all formats and sizes plus a PNG instruction chart. Quilting designs come in two versions: Single Run (faster, most popular) and Triple Run (bolder line).
