After completing your purchase, you can download your files in two ways:

Option 1 – From the Order Confirmation Page (Recommended)
Immediately after checkout, you’ll see a green button with your design name. Simply click it to download your ZIP file.

Option 2 – From Your Account

1. Log in to your account on our website.
2. Go to My Account → Orders.
3. Click View next to your order.
4. On the order details page, click the green button with your design name to download your ZIP file.

You can also download your files anytime from your order confirmation email by clicking the design name in the Downloads section.

After downloading your design, you’ll receive a ZIP file.

To open it, extract the ZIP file using WinZip, 7-Zip, WinRAR, or your computer’s built-in unzip tool.

After extracting the ZIP file, you’ll find all embroidery file formats and all available sizes inside.

After extracting the ZIP file, you’ll find folders for all supported machine file formats (DST, EXP, JEF, HUS, PEC, PES, VIP, PCS, CSD, VP3, and XXX). Open the folder for your machine’s file format, and you’ll find all available design sizes inside.

Applique Design ZIP file contains all supported file formats in all available sizes, and a PNG instruction chart. Simply extract the ZIP file using WinZip, WinRAR, 7-Zip, or your computer’s built-in unzip tool to access all the files.

Quilting Design ZIP file contains two folders:

• Single Run – Stitched with one continuous run line, ideal for faster quilting.
• Triple Run – Stitched three times along the same path for a slightly bolder quilting line.

Inside each folder, you’ll find all supported machine file format folders, and each format folder contains all available design sizes.

Most quilters use the Single Run version for everyday quilting.

Yes! Go to our Digitizing Service page from the menu, fill out the request form, and if needed, attach your photo or artwork. Once submitted, we’ll receive your request by email and start working on your custom design.

Since designs are digital, refunds are not available. However, if you face file issues, our support team will resend the files or guide you until the problem is solved.
